A project is a living thing here: its purpose, what needs attention, its timeline and decisions, a plan that is versioned every time it changes, the people and companies inside it. Chat with any project and the answers stay grounded on that project alone. Hand a task to your SoulBot, to an AI, or to a person — the result lands back in the project, not in a chat you have to find again. Export any of it as a PDF, redacted if it leaves your hands.
Notes first. A place to brainstorm and to capture what crosses your mind, with nothing inferred from it until you say so. When a note is ready, one button turns it into a project — it moves to Professional, Lethe works out its purpose and timeline, and the note itself stays exactly as you wrote it.
You shape the relationship. You never pick the being.
Its name — one you’d say out loud. What it is for you: it makes you better, or it thinks like you; a starting stance, not a cage. And what you hope it focuses on, in your own words. All three are set inside the room today, and all three shape how it shows up from the next message on.
Its root, its family, its coat; the organs it forms by being known — eyes first, then ears, a mouth, a nose, a face; the skills it earns loop by loop, from recall to acting on your behalf. Grown from evidence, never from paying, and no two alike. Every line of it traces to something true about you.
Everything here works right now in Lethe. Where there’s a number, we measured it and published the method — losses included.
Bring a ChatGPT, DeepSeek or Grok export, documents, or a read-only Gmail and Calendar connection. Lethe derives decisions, goals, timelines and recurring problems — and pairs every claim with the exact line it came from. On our benchmark, 98.1% of claims were grounded in the source. Against Mem0 and Zep, Lethe was the only one that cited its sources; we published where we lost, too.
Point Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client at your Lethe. It reads your derived understanding through scoped, revocable grants — never raw chat, never the Vault — and every read is written to a log you control.
Names become pseudonyms before anything is stored (the name map never leaves your device); a privacy router minimizes each request; and a local-first, encrypted Vault runs on a model on your own machine — nothing connected can see inside it.
Export everything Lethe holds as a portable file, or delete it — both in a couple of clicks. No lock-in is the point.
Traction is honestly small and early: a few dozen accounts, a handful of real people, and one in two of those who built a graph came back on their own — nobody paying, free while in beta, by choice. We’d rather point you at the measured facts than a vanity number.
This is direction, not a shipped feature list.
The identity is what’s live today; the hardware is the direction. It travels to whatever’s nearest first — the earbuds you already own, then glasses, then a companion with a body. None of the hardware ships yet; the identity does.
SoulBots is a solo company. Everything — the engine, the app, the privacy layer, the being — is built by one person, working AI-native every day. She builds quietly and in public as Ms. Q: first code went in on 19 June 2026, Lethe launched on 22 July 2026, and the whole thing is documented in the open — measurements, ships, and its own bugs alike.
