Terms of Service
Last updated July 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of Lethe. By creating an account or using Lethe, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
What Lethe is
Lethe is a memory and workspace layer on top of AI chat — it builds a structured understanding of your projects, goals, and conversations, and uses that to give you more useful answers over time. See Privacy for exactly what data that involves and how it's handled.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Don't share your login with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed on a recurring basis — monthly, or for the term shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record; Lethe never sees or stores your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. See Refunds for our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Lethe to break the law, harass anyone, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the service's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Your data, your ownership
You own what you put into Lethe. We process it to provide the service, as described in Privacy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
Service "as is"
Lethe is an early, evolving product. We work to keep it reliable, but it's provided without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll keep this page current rather than silently changing the meaning of what you've agreed to.
